- The subject of a small-scale public contract is a comprehensive preparation and implementation of a traditional event called "Day TA ČR 2025" (hereinafter referred to as "Action") for the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (hereinafter "TA ČR") see https://tacr.gov.cz/o-nas/, held 13.The Czech Republic in the premises of the historic building of the National Museum, Wenceslas Square 1700/68, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as "NM"). The theme of this year's forgotten innovation was chosen: the world, as we know it (not). The complete idea of the proposal is listed in Annex 6 of this call to ensure the event "Day TA ČR 2025" -Program of the event "Day TA ČR 2025" and vision of the whole event. The performance consists in the design of the comprehensive performance of the event, including its technical security.
Ceremonial Gala 13.Technical ensure the course of the event, promotion of the event partners (the contracting authority delivers specification during preparations), both before the event itself and during the event, and all related measures related to its organization (eg creation of the screenplay, program director, creative design and solutionsThe whole day, assembly and ensuring the cultural program, delivery and service of technology, delivery of gastronomic services, etc.). When implementing the event, the basic condition is to comply with the ceremonial nature of the awards for extraordinary results of applied research and innovation to the individual selected physicalPersons, ie activities leading to successful fulfillment of the objective need of the contracting authority, as well as active cooperation with the contracting authority and according to the instructions of the contracting authority organizational cooperation with other external entities of the event.
