• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction and modernization of the kitchen in the building of the school cafeteria, Dolní Loučky 337, 594 55 Dolní Loučky, for the catering of the Dolní Loučky Elementary School and Kindergarten. Reconstruction and modernization consists in building modifications and delivery and installation of gastro equipment, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Tender Documentation and its annexes, especially in Annex No. 1 (List of works, supplies and services) and in the binding commercial and contractual terms and conditions, which form the Annex as the text of the contract No. 6 Procurement documentation for the relevant part of the public contract. With regard to the diverse nature of the subject of performance, a public contract in the sense of § 35 and § 101 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended, is divided into two parts: - Part 1 - Construction work - Part 2 - Supply of gastro equipment "Reducing the energy demand of the gastroenterprise - Primary school and Kindergarten in Dolní Loučky", Part 1 - Construction work The subject of Part 1 of the public contract is the execution of construction works, deliveries and services, as stated in the relevant documentation and lists of construction works, supplies and services with measurement statements, which are part of Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation, and in the binding commercial and contractual terms and conditions, which form the text of the Work Contract Annex No. 6 Procurement documentation for Part 1 of the public contract.
