The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is to make a comprehensive analysis of the initial state in order to comprehensively evaluate specifically the data environment in Zambia, both in terms of technical and technological capacities of individual stakeholders in the field of landscape management (hereinafter referred to as "stakeholders") in relation to their needs and Specific interests in the use of the use of geo -space data, both in terms of current quality (relevance, credibility), availability, completeness and method of preserving the data used so far. Part of the subject of performance will also include a proposal for possible optimization of the method of storage of data and a specific design of a purposeful increase in the technological capacities of stakeholders.
