- The subject of the public contract is supplies consisting of the systematization of emergencies, ensuring relevant video material for their detection, coding, annotation and classification of data and training representative classifiers, including the activities referred to in Art. III. Closer specifications of the subject of performance and requirements are defined in Annex 4 ZD - the draft contract and Annex 3 ZD - Technical Specifications. The delivery includes all deliveries and activities that are not specified in detail, but which are necessary for delivery of the subject of performance under the contract and its function.
