(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements; only in the case of supplies indicate whether offers relating to purchase, lease, rental, installment sale or a combination of these options are required) The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of suppliesof 22 kV for the contracting authority's tram, electric bus and trolleybus transformer stations under the conditions and within the time limits specified in the binding draft of the Framework Agreement, corresponding to the itemized price list, and the specification of the switchboards. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement for performance will be concluded with one selected suppliersubject of Public Procurement. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of supplies of 22 kV switchboards for the contracting authority's tram, electric bus and trolleybus switchyards under the conditions and within the deadlines specified in the binding draft of the Framework Agreementodes, corresponding to the item price list, and the specification of switchboards. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one selected supplier for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Contract.
