- Deliveries of 3D multi-electrode mapping and ablation catheters including accessories for KNL, a.s. The subject of the VZ is the continuous supply of special medical material in the sense of the provisions of § 2 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "PPE"). Specifically, the subject of the VZ is the ongoing supply of 3D multi-electrode mapping and ablation catheters, including the required accessories (hereinafter referred to as "Medical material", "Medical resources" or "ZP") for the Regional Hospital Liberec, a.s., Department of Electrophysiology in accordance with ZD for 2 years from the delivery and commissioning of the 3D mapping and ablation system device, the free loan of which for 24 months from its delivery and commissioning is part of the subject of performance.
