Description: The subject of the public contract, respectively. Its parts are continuous repeated delivery of papers to devices, forms for healthcare type "F", boards for medical documentation and label in rolls and tapes (hereinafter referred to as goods) needed to ensure the needs of the contracting authority, including transport to the destination for 48 months or to exhaust the financial amount of the relevant part of the public contract. Deliveries will be implemented within 2 (two) working days of receipt of the order in continuous mode throughout the performance of the public contract depending on the current needs of the contracting authority and its individual workplaces. Papers, forms, plates and labels are closer to Appendix 4 of these ZP (list and specification of items. The purpose of the public contract is to secure papers for instruments, medical forms type "F", boards for medical documentation and labels in rolls and tapes.
