- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework purchase contract for the regular supply of mass-produced medicinal products registered in the Czech Republic in accordance with Act 378/2007 Coll., on medicinal products and on amendments to certain related laws (the Medicinal Products Act), as amended, individualpublicly produced medicinal products also produced in accordance with this Act and its implementing regulations and medical devices for the purpose of treating patients of the Trauma Hospital in Brno for the duration of the contract (hereafter the collective name of the drug).
