- The subject of the performance is the delivery of three ambulances (hereinafter referred to as "ambulance vehicles for the transport of the wounded and sick - DNR) long wheelbase, low - medium - roof, white color, standard equipment including optional equipment, ambulance and transport equipment according to technical specifications, including:
-Protocol Exposureon acceptance
-Warranty certificates and instructions
-Declaration that the used parts of the ambulance equipment meet the conditions of the decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No.: 51/1995 Coll. and MD CR 56/01 Coll. as amended
-all documents required for vehicle operation
-completion of the vehicle for commissioning
-original manufacturer's documentation, relevant certificatey
-the subject of the offer must be new, not refurbished
-Requirements for the DNR ambulance according to Decree No. 296/2012 Coll., on requirements for the equipment of providers of medical transport services, providers of emergency medical services and providers of emergency care patient transport by means of transport and orequirements for these means of transport as amended) type designation A2.
-The vehicle must meet the requirements of Ministry of Health Decree No. 296/2012 Coll. in the valid version and further the ČSN EN 1789 A2 standard in the valid version.
-the contracting authority does not further require a marking (sticker) on the vehicle as described in part III point 3 of the annex inDecree No. 296/2012 Coll., on requirements for the equipment of providers of medical transport services, providers of medical rescue services and providers of emergency care patient transport by means of transport and on the requirements for these means of transport.
