- The subject of the public contract is the supply of 3 trucks 4 x 4 as carriers of exchangeable bodies for road maintenance, 2 spreading bodies, 1 sweeping body,
2 snow plows, 2 three-sided dump trucks, all new, unused, according to the required basic technical specificationscifications listed in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
For clarity, the individual assemblies are defined in the public contract below under the letters A, B and C, however, this is not a division of the public contract into parts in the sense of § 35 of the Act.
