- The subject of the public contract will be the supply and assembly of the specified home interior equipment, as well as the provision of all related supplies and services (especially the focus of the place of performance, storage of equipment before transport to the contracting authority, packaging, transport, moving into individual items toSpecific rooms at the place of performance according to the instructions of the contracting authority, assembly, involvement and commissioning of the entire delivery, training of employees of the contracting authority in the operating and use of the subject of performance, disposal of waste with public procurement, delivery of necessary documents and certification, delivery of operating instructionsin Czech language, etc.). Specifically, the individual inquired items are:
a) 72 nursing beds,
b) 2 pieces of rotary (lateral) nursing beds,
c) 72 pieces of rapport,
d) 74 pieces of lamps,
e)Antidekubitic,
g) 74 pieces or 2 pieces of evacuation pads (if the supplier offers passive anti -decubitus mattresses that do not have a function to evacuate mattresses with the patient - the mattress with the patient, the contracting authority requires 74 pieces of evacuation pads.It will offer passive anti -decubitus mattresses that have the function for evacuation of the mattress and the patient (see also the document of the technical specification consisting of Annex 1 Sample Purchase Agreement, which forms Annex 1 to this tender documentation) requires only 2 pieces of evacuationpads), ... - Documents:
