• Description:
• The subject of the public contract will be the delivery of a "boxed" certified electronic file service system (hereinafter referred to as "eSSL"), its implementation into the information system of the VZP CR and integration with external systems (especially basic registers, data boxes, services of the Czech post, s.p.). ESSL will manage documents in accordance with legislative requirements in the VZP CR environment. Part of the performance will be the migration of data from the existing eSSL and files to the new eSSL, training of users and administrators. The subject of fulfillment will be further provision of eSSL support, including possible legislative development and necessary integrations. The contract will be concluded for an indefinite period. The contracting authority will require that eSSL has an ATEST in the sense of § 69c et seq. of Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and files service and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, issued by the Attestation Center of the Czech Agency for Standardization no later than 10 working days after the end of the deadline for submitting bids for the public contract in question.
