Description:
The contracting authority announces this public contract (hereafter also referred to as "VZ"), the subject of which is the supply and installation of a video conferencing system for the university auditorium at the OSV building and accompanying related services so that the video conferencing system is revitalized and fully functional.
The modernization consists of the following principalh parts:
•Dismantling of existing AV technology, sound system, control system and electrical installation
•Dismantling of existing furniture and its disconnection from electrical distribution, removal of existing equipment and provision of access to cable routes
•Building of new infrastructure for AV technology (AV distribution)
•Adjustments smelting furniture for new technology
•Supply, installation, revival and programming of a new set of AV technology and modification of the power switchboard
•Follow-up service and professional support.
The basis will be ETH signal management, control system for AVT control, cameras for VCF and recording equipment and steaming. AddThe package will also include the necessary audio-video equipment - classroom sound system, imaging equipment, a camera for capturing images, a wireless connection point for mobile devices and NTB with Wi-Fi connection - for more, see the description of the required performance and their specification is contained in Appendices No. 1 and 2 ZD.
