- The subject of the contract is the supply and service of 16 large -scale trams of the same type. At the same time, the contracting authority reserves the amendment of the contract from the contract in accordance with Article 3.4tram of the same type.
The contracting authority's intention is to modernize the fleet so that it corresponds to the current traffic situation and the needs in the Statutory City of Ostrava. The client will beRequired exclusively new trams, so it will not accept reconstructed or used trams.
The subject of performance also includes the so -called heavy maintenance of the provided performance consisting in the middle and large inspection of each vehicle.
