Description:
The subject of this public contract entitled "Supply of aqueous solution of urea AUS 32 including dispensing equipment" is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier (without renewal of the competition), the subject of which is to ensure continuous continuous supplies of aqueous solution of urea AUS 32 according to ISO 22241 (hereinafter also only"urea"), delivery, i.e. rental and provision of comprehensive service, dispensing equipment. Ensuring a comprehensive service of the dispensing device means the performance specified in the framework agreement, in particular the provision of non-stop (24-hour) service, regular annual inspections, annual maintenance and annual revisionscarried out in accordance with legal regulations and the instructions of the manufacturer of the dispensing equipment and the elimination of any defects or accidents. Urea will be supplied in such a way as to ensure a consistent guarantee of a minimum amount of urea in the dispensing facility according to the conditions specified in the framework agreement
