Description:
Delivery of BEMU battery railway units to GW Train Regio a.s. (Pilsen region) The subject of the public contract is the supply of 12 units of BEMU railway units (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") fully capable of operating on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm on the territory of the Czech Republic, including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations which, according to the legislation in force on the date of handover of the relevant vehicle to the contracting authority, are necessary for the operation and use of the delivered vehicles, and which enable the contracting authority properly and without restrictions operate and use vehicles on the territory of the Czech Republic. The scope of the contract also includes the delivery of technical documentation pertaining to the vehicles. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documentation.
