- The subject of this public contract is the construction and delivery of tank service vessels of the "N" type with the names Praha, Slapy and Orlik with a unified low-emission drive design, according to the Initial Technical Specification and the General Layout Plan (hereinafter referred to as "VESSELS") and their delivery to the designated location fullyher. The supplier undertakes to build and deliver the VESSEL to the specified place of fulfillment. The delivery of the VESSEL must also include essentials enabling full operation, including training of the crew in the operation and maintenance of the VESSEL, within the expected range of 5 days for each VESSEL. Construction and delivery of VESSELS Slapy and Orlik bude performed only if the contracting authority requests it in writing within the specified period.
