- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of consumables, namely labels, ink cartridges and thermal tapes for franking machines for individual workplaces of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, the exact specification of which is in Appendix No. 1 of the ZD (hereinafter referred to as "goods"), where, in addition to specific types labels, ink cartridgesand thermal tape for the franking machines operated by the client, including their expected volume.
In accordance with § 6, paragraph 4 of the ZZVZ principles of socially responsible procurement, environmentally responsible procurement and innovation, the contracting authority requires, at least once a year (i.e. once every 365 days of the contract's validity)collection and removal of used goods, their recycling, or ecological disposal, at the expense of the supplier.
The selected supplier will be obliged to supply the goods specified in Appendix No. 1 of the ZD, while the contracting authority requires only new, namely original goods produced by the manufacturer of the franking machine, orgoods from an alternative manufacturer (goods compatible with the franking machine), i.e. from a different manufacturer than the equipment manufacturer; however, it must always be new goods, not refurbished, and of such quality that these goods do not damage the equipment in which they will be placed. - Documents :
