- The subject of the Public Procurement is the supply of goods - conveyor belts for the operation of the Contracting Authority, according to the technical specifications set out in Part 4 of the Procurement Documentation, the list of which is given in the document entitled "Specification of the Goods, prices of the Goods and guarantees for the quality of the Goods" for the relevant Part of the Public Procurement, which is uveden in part 5 Tender documentation - Forms for the processing of the Offer. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into 4 parts: Part 1 Public contract called DP1, Part 2 Public contract called DP2, Part 3 Public contract called DP3, Part 4 Public contract called DP4. The supplier is authorizedmay submit a Bid for any Part of the public contract, but only one Bid for each Part of the public contract. The exact definition of the subject of Public Procurement and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in the Notice of Commencementof the procurement procedure and in the Procurement documentation.
