Description:
The subject of VZ is the delivery of Czech and foreign periodicals in printed or electronic form (including the management of online access and transport) and includes the following:
- delivery of printed periodicals (by courier service, post, etc.)
- online access to periodicals (in electronic form on the portal publisher)
- dobatch of additional copies or new titles on request (in printed or electronic form), which the Client reserves as a possibility to change the commitment within the limits of § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ
- reduction of the number of periodicals subscribed and/or copies of these periodicals that The customer reserves as mothe possibility of changing the commitment within the limits of § 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ.
The subject of the Public Contract is defined in detail in Article 3 of the Binding Draft Contract.
