Description: The University Hospital Bulovka (hereinafter referred to as the “Substantry”) introduces a dynamic shopping system for the supply of diagnostics and consumables for use in laboratory operations by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as “DNS”). As part of diagnostics, the contracting authority may also require a free loan of the device for the required diagnostics and any related consumables. The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, business, contractual conditions and, including any requirement for a free borrowing of the equipment and any related consumables, will always be defined in the call for bids pursuant to Section 141 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. Public procurement, as amended.
