- The subject of the public contract is to ensure biochemical examinations through supplies of reagents and other related consumables according to the specifications contained in Annexes 1 and 2 of the tender documentation for 36 months from the date of commencement of the public contract or until the total is exhaustedSupplier bid prices. The requirements for the supply of reagents and the related consumables are further defined in the proposal of the purchase contract, which is attached to the tender documentation. At the same time, the subject of the Public Procurement is free to rent analytical systems and control software for the areaBiochemistry according to the specifications contained in Annexes 3, 4 and 5 of the tender documentation. For the purposes of public contracts, the analytical system means a compact biochemical analyzer with a high capacity described in point 2.3 of the tender documentation and in Annex 3 of the tender documentation. Requirements for free borrowingAnalytical systems are defined in the draft borrowing agreement, which is annexed to the 8 of the tender documentation.
