Description:
The subject of the public contract is the delivery of new didactic aids for teaching, incl. ICT didactic equipment in the interior of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract") and the transfer of the property right to the subject of the contract on the contracting authority.
The subject of the public contract will be divided into three parts below, of which each will be entered separately. Suppliers submit their offers separately for each part of the public contract. Suppliers can submit an offer to fulfill one or more parts of its parts, or even all parts of the public contract. If the supplier is interested in fulfilling more or all parts of the public contract, this is obliged to submit a separate offer meeting all requirements stipulated by the contracting authority and law.
