Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a disk system in a fully redundant configuration enabling to store min. 1000 TB of data synchronously to 2 locations, including a complete solution consisting of delivery, installation, commissioning (including the execution of so-called acceptance tests) and the provision of extendedquality guarantee and warranty service defined in detail in articles X and XI. of the draft Purchase Agreement, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation. Part of the scope of performance is also the provision of post-warranty service in the scope of the Purchase Agreement for the existing NetApp FAS8300 disk system (two-node storagesystem: System Serial Number: 952041000273 (STOR-01), System Serial Number: 952041000047 (STOR-02)), which is owned by the Client so that support for both systems is ensured in the same quality and for the same duration of their operation, because both systems will be created within the infrastructure of the Principalt one functional unit.
