- The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of supplies of earthing material with selected Participants for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the removal of the emergency state of earthing material for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment for a period of 4 years. With respectem on the scope of the contract, which is an over-limit contract, will be processed according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (ZZVZ). The public contract is not divided into Parts.
