Description:
The subject of this public contract is the supply of electricity and natural gas for the contracting authorities under the conditions set out in this tender documentation.
The public contract is divided into 2 separate parts:
Part A - supply of electricity
The subject of this part is the supply of electricity to the contracting authorities for the period 01/2026 12/2027 in quality according to the Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to as "ERO") No. 540/2005 Coll. Annual quantity for both supply points in a total of approximately 300 MWh and the related obligation of electricity collection from the electricity system and the takeover of the supplier's liability for the disposal of the contracting authority to the market operator within the meaning of Act No. 458/2000 Coll. sectors and on amendments to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter also as the "Energy Act"), and the ERO Decree No. 408/2015 Coll., On the rules of electricity market, as amended (hereinafter also "Decree No. 408/2015 Coll.").
Billing of electricity supplies for all contracting authorities' offtake points It will be performed according to the amount actually collected.
Part B - supply of natural gas
