Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and work leading to the reduction of the energy demand of the building and the reconstruction of the existing object of the administrative building - the kitchen of the 5th elementary school. After the renovation, new kitchen technology will be introduced, including air conditioning. The kitchen will now only use electricity.All appliances will be connected to newly modified routes of already existing networks (sewage, water). The kitchen is situated under the same parameters, i.e. for 5 employees. In addition to the kitchen room, sanitary facilities for employees and rooms closely related to the operation of the kitchen will be reconstructed. Furthermore, withe will carry out surface treatments in the room of the existing dining room.
The contract consists of two parts:
PART A: Delivery of gastrotechnology, its completion, installation and transport to the place of fulfillment
PART B: Reconstruction of the school kitchen - maintenance construction work (HVAC distribution, ZTI, electrical installation, replacement of floorcoverings, etc.)
This is not a separate part of a public contract in the sense of the provisions of § 35 ZZVZ. For economic and organizational reasons, both parts of the work will be carried out by one simultaneously selected Contractor in the implementation environment during the full operation of the school.
