Description:
The subject of the public contract is the delivery of hearing protectors including accessories.
The contracting authority requires submission of 1 piece of sample from each commodity from the selection procedure. After the selection The steering will be returned to the participant.
The participant acknowledges that the competition sample will be thoroughly tested, tested whether it meets the requirements of the contracting authority to the extent according to the tender documentation
and thus meets the requirements for the performance of services of future users with the exception of the properties and parameters of the documented by justified testing rooms.
