Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of the (one) integrated information system for the city of Kopřivnice, which will include the areas of the file service (hereinafter referred to as "Esss") and the economic information system (hereinafter referred to as "ERP"), more detailed in Annex 3.
It assumes that suppliers can divide the performance (implementation and start) into two or more stages while maintaining individual phases (analytical, implementation and operational) and the most closely launch of the production operation according to the design of the business conditions, which consists of Annex 2 of the tender documentation.
The subject of performance is the integration of the information system and data migration and the provision of support and development services for an indefinite period.
