• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the contractor's commitment to implement and operate for of the contracting authority (Financial Administration) certified by eSSL in the sense of Act No. 499/2004 Coll. Part of the supplier's performance is: - to secure the necessary licenses for FS for full use certified eSSL corresponding to the needs of the FS; - implement 17 productive instances of eSSL for all FS users; - implement the corresponding number of eSSL test and reference instances; - ensure testing of the deployed eSSL solution including all integrations and functionalities required at the time of deployment to the production environment; - carry out FS user training in the required scope, including execution and ongoing updating training materials; - ensure data migration from existing eSSL to relevant eSSL instances; - ensure deployment of eSSL in production environments; - create, transfer FS and continuously update eSSL operational documentation; - create, submit FS and continuously update eSSL exit plan; - operate the deployed eSSL solution for FS v including production environments the required test and reference environments throughout the duration of the commitment; - ensure operational monitoring of eSSL; - to ensure the further development of eSSL and its integration into other IS FS according to schedule a requirements set by ZD; - ensure a legislative update of the deployed eSSL solution within the scope of the provision maintenance; - provide professional service support services (SLA) to the required extent including ServiceDesk operations; - ensure the management and solution of...
