Description:
The subject of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the duration of 12 months with one participant for each part of the public contract, which will be delivered to the delivery of stone salt for winter maintenance of roads (hereinafter referred to as "spreading salt") in the relevant areas of the Liberec Region.
Object Filling is the supply of in bulk grinding stone salts designed for winter road maintenance, which meets the following parameters:
• Salt salt must not exceed the limit of pollutants in chemical defrosting materials as determined by TP 116 (technical conditions approved by the Ministry of Transport, freely download on http://www.pjpk.cz/data/usr_001_2_8_TP/TP_116a.pdf);
98 % at 0 % water content in the sample;
• Salt salt must not show more than 2 weight percentage of constant moisture when delivering more than 2 weight percentage;
• The selected supplier guarantees the spots of gritting salt for at least 2 years from the date of delivery. All supplied salt supplied is treated against the species for this purpose;
• Salt salt must meet the characteristics and grain of the winter maintenance of roads, according to the provisions of point 8 (a) Annex 7 to the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and connections No. 104/1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act;
• The grain composition of the grit salt must meet the following requirements of the weight percentage of individual fractions:
-Do 0.16 mm max. 5 % of weight;
-3,16 mm to 0,80 mm max. 30 % of weight;
