Description:
The subject of the public order is the supply of IT technology for the operating units of the University of Ostrava: the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava. A list of the required IT technology, including the technical specification and the required quantity, is given in Appendix No. 1 Technical specificationand the subject of performance for FU, PdF and LF (hereinafter referred to as "Appendix No. 1") of this procurement documentation. development of professional skills" with project reg. no. NPO_OSU_MSMT 16610/2022, specific objective A1 and A4.
The mentioned operational unit (hereafter referred to as the "contractor") is the central contractor pursuant to Section 9 of the Act and the Rector's Measure No. 221/2023 on the procedure for awarding public contracts. As part of this centralized assignment, one of the operating units procures the fulfillment of the trustother orders both for themselves and for other participating units or units. The other participating operating units are the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava in the sense of Section 4, Paragraph 9 of the Act.
