• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is: a) production and delivery of license plate plates (hereinafter also referred to as "TRZ") for road motor vehicles, special vehicles and trailers; b) labeling of the TRZ for packaging purposes and subsequent distribution of the TRZ to registration points, workplaces of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or contractors; all this within the scope, under the conditions and in accordance with the Draft contract for work - Supply of license plate plates, which forms Annex No. 1 of this ZD (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft contract"), its annexes and Decree No. 343/2024 Coll., on vehicle registration, as amended and in accordance with ISO 7591:1982 or later, or another equivalent solution and the underlying (supporting) part of the TRZ in accordance with ČSN EN 573-3+A2 standards or another equivalent solution, ČSN EN 485-2+A1 or another equivalent solution and ČSN EN 515 or another equivalent solution. Distribution of TRZ delivered in the Standard Mode (in the sense of Article III. 1 letter a) of the Draft Agreement) and in the Express Mode (in the sense of Article III. paragraph 1 letter b) of the draft contract) will be provided by the supplier to the addresses of municipal workplaces with extended scope. The list of addresses valid on the date of commencement of this public contract is Annex No. 7 of this ZD. Distribution of TRZ supplied in the Individual Regime (in the sense of Article III, paragraph 1 letter c) of the draft contract) and part of the deliveries in the Standard/Express mode are requested by the client to be provided at a fixed frequency of 3 times a week to the address client in Prague.
