Tenders are invited for Delivery of Medical Equipment for Neonatal Icu to Mays El Jabal State Hospital in Lebanon - Tied Cash Donation The implementation of the project consists in the delivery of: - 1 complex neonatal ICU solution, which will include: 1 newborn incubator with accessories, 1 phototherapy lamp including accessories, 1 electric adjustable hospital bed, 1 CPAP, 1 patient/newborn monitor, 1 newborn bed; - 1 complex "birthing nest" solution, which will include: 1 electric, adjustable birthing bed; 1 neonatal heated bed, 1 transport incubator, 1 patient/newborn monitor, 1 electrocoagulator, 1 surgical light, 1 mobile medical source column. The recipient of this donation is the State Hospital in Mays El Jabal, which provides health care for disadvantaged Lebanese citizens as well as for Syrian and Palestinian refugees living in South Lebanon. The existing neonatal unit has only 4 beds, approximately 50 births take place in the hospital every month, and therefore the aim is to expand the capacity of the neonatal unit and the delivery department. The aim is to increase the quality of health care provided for premature babies and pathological newborns and to reduce the mortality of premature babies. The project is financed from the funds allocated for the above-mentioned program, up to a maximum of CZK 3,542,000, including logistical security of delivery (transportation, installation, training).
