Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public order, which will be implemented as part of the project "Implementation of a quality management system in the Czech Statistical Office", reg. no. CZ.03.4.74/0.0/0.0/15_019/0016015, is the
total upgrade of the module "Employee evaluation " of the personnel information system of the CZSO OK Base (hereinafter referred to assuch as "PIS"), which will allow:
extending the existing evaluation process with new requirements (in particular, expanding the evaluation of the required competencies),
setting up an evaluation module to support the adaptation process of an incoming employee or an employee who moves to another position.
in connection with the introductionm of the competence and process model of the CZSO, the transfer of the valid organizational structure maintained in the OK Base to the KPM Management SW Tool and the transfer of the required knowledge and skills from the KPM Management SW tool to individual jobs for the needs of assessments maintained in the OK Base,
the target concept of the establishment and fromproviding mobile access to PIS OKbase users of the PIS OKbase web interface.
