- The subject of the public contract is:
• Delivery of a single platform and solutions for modern ITSM processes ("ITSM"),
• Provision of licenses with Maintenance to use the User referred to in Annex 1The number of licenses and their maintenance by up to 50 % of the price of licenses with Maintenance provided with the delivery of ITSM, under the conditions specified in Article 3.1.3 of the binding text of the contract,
• Provision of support, operation and development services.
