- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the period of 12 months for the delivery of ballistic panels TBO 5 CZ set 2 pcs. The client assumes about 160 pieces. The exact number of ballistic panel sets collected will be specified according to the price offer of the winning participant who further undertakes on his / her The costs contractually negotiate with the SlaviΔin Terms and Conditions for verifying the ballistic resistance of the supplied ballistic panels, which will also be attended by the authorized person of the contracting authority. A set financial limit for the performance of a small -scale public contract is CZK 3,600,000,00 including VAT, which is unbeatable and must be exhausted. The contracting authority requires the entire delivery in black.
