- Delivery of railway units for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation of the Hradec Králové region The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a comprehensive contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a comprehensive set of EMU and BEMU vehicles intended for the regional segment passenger rail transport. Taking into account the current conditions of the Tender, the contracting authority currently anticipates the delivery of a total of up to 18 BEMU 145 vehicles and a total of up to 8 EMU 145 vehicles intended for the fulfillment of public service obligations according to the conditions of the Tender. Total the number of required vehicles may be the subject of further negotiations following the development of the Bidding Procedure. The Contracting Authority reminds that the Client has reserved the option in the Tender Documentation to (i) reduce the number of requested BEMU-type rolling stock from 18 to 8, respectively (ii) possible increase of EMU rolling stock from 8 to 11. Exact and/or other vehicle requirements incl. specification of the final and binding number of vehicles can be specified during negotiations in the bidding phase of the Procurement Procedure.
