• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a comprehensive set of BEMU-type vehicles intended for the segment of regional passenger rail transport. The contracting authority with regard to the current conditions of the Request Procedure envisages the delivery of a total of at least 5 regular vehicles intended for the fulfillment of public service obligations according to the terms of the Demand Procedure, each with a capacity of 121 to 150 seats. The vehicles will be combined drive with electric energy from the traction line (3kV DC i 25 kV/50 Hz AC) and from the traction battery. Exact and/or other vehicle requirements incl. specification of the final and binding number of vehicles can be specified during negotiations in the bidding phase of the Procurement Procedure.
