Description:
The subject of the public contract is to deliver the software of short -term document storage (hereinafter also "short -term document storage" or "KUD"), including data migration, integration, ensuring its operation and development. The subject consists of four main parts:
1.D.D.related licenses or upgrading Ginis Standard licenses previously acquired by the contracting authority to Ginis enterprise+;The definition of the subject of the public contract is stated in the technical specification of the subject of the public contract, which forms Annex 1 to the binding draft of the contract (Annex 4 of this tender documentation). The contracting authority points out that the Ginis Standard licenses currently have the licenses that have passed from the canceledRegional councils of cohesion regions on the basis of transient provisions of Act No. 251/2021 Coll., Amending Act No. 248/2000 Coll., On the support of regional development, as amended, and other related acts. The short -term document storage used is based on Ginis licenses.The supplier may use the license previously acquired by the contracting authority to deliver the subject of the public contract, and the consolidation and upgrade to the Ginis Enterprise+version, or the supplier may offer a solution based on other similar licenses.
