Description:
The 1st aid of the contract for the purposes of the tender means the supply of two software in the following specification. The contract is divided into two following parts:
a.software type Web-to-Print-this is a software solution designed to automate the process of order receiving and accelerate business communication between by the customer (acting as a contracting authority) and the provider of print services.
Via an online platform that will be available from a regular web browser without having to install specific software on the user's side, an interactive environment for clear Presentation of offered printing products, allowing the customer to specify their direct specification, configuration and ordering. This part of the performance is further referred to as "Delivery No. 1".
Detailed technical specification of delivery no. 1 is given in Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
B.Software for driving Production workflow - software solution used to ensure integration and mutual communication between newly acquired systems and technologies of the contracting authority.
This software will perform a key role in automating processes associated with the income and processing of orders, including functionalities for checking, Repair or add data files, as well as for their subsequent distribution and archiving in several different data formats according to the needs of the production process. This part of the performance is further referred to as "Delivery No. 2".
