Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
24 months in the range
a specified purchase contract (Annex 3 of this tender documentation) including related service and
supplies (hereinafter referred to as "goods" or "sonographs") and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller,
stipulated in the binding proposal of the purchase contract (Annex 3 of this tender documentation).
(b) Performing post -warranty service security of goods, at least periodic safety
technical inspections including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the Act of
medical devices and diagnostic medical devices in vitro, as amended
later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the ZP") and other relevant legislation and in accordance
with the recommendation of the manufacturer for a period of time 6 years from the end of the quality warranty according to point (a). (a) above
and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller, set out in binding proposals of the purchase
contracts (Annex 3 of this tender documentation) and service contracts (Annex 4 of this tender
documentation).
