- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of special gases and mixtures (hereinafter also "goods") for analytical and calibration purposes in hygienic and clinical laboratories of the contracting authority in the volume according to its operational needs.
The required gas supply is used to implement provided services by law by law The defined powers of the contracting authority and the activities performed assume uniform coordination and communication with the gas supplier, taking into account the need for operational transport of gases and undisturbed and smooth supply of the contracting authority.
