- Brief description of the subject: The subject of the small-scale public contract is the delivery of a new special purpose vehicle with a year of manufacture no earlier than 2026. The subject of the public contract is specified in more detail in the appendices of this Call for Tenders (hereinafter "Invitation"), which contain the requirements of the contracting authority for the performance of the public contract. These requirements are binding for the participant, and failure to meet them is considered failure to meet the terms of entry. The supplier is obliged to take into account the relevant provisions in his offer Government Regulation No. 173/2016 Coll., on establishing binding tender conditions for public contracts for the procurement of road vehicles, as amended. The subject of the performance of the public contract is specified in the annex to this call (Annex No. 1 Calls for tenders - Technical car specification), which contains the requirements of the contracting authority for the performance of the public contract.
