Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
a) supply of stationary digital skiagraphic X -ray equipment with ceiling hinge including accessories according to the technical specification according to Annex 2 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as "X -ray devices" or "goods") and
b)At least periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the law on ZP and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for 6 years after the end of the quality warranty according to point. (a) the above and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller, specified inthe tender conditions.Trequdy documentation (hereinafter referred to as "X -ray equipment" or "goods") and
b) implementation of post -warranty service security of X -ray equipment, at least periodic safety technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the law on and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for 6Flight from the end of the quality warranty according to point (a) a) above and other obligations of the selected supplier/seller, set out in the tender conditions.supplies
