- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of equipment and accessories contained in Annex No. 1 - Technical specification of the procurement documentation (hereinafter also "ZD"). The subject of performance also includes services and work of the seller directly related to the devices and necessary for the proper introduction of the subject of performance intooperations, which are specified in more detail in the draft purchase agreement, which is Annex No. 2 of the ZD and the technical specification, which is Annex No. 1 of the ZD.
