Description:
Drug testing is one of the control tools of the Probation and Mediation Service and is used mainly in the context of monitoring compliance with reasonable/educational restrictions or obligations imposed by the court, or public prosecutor. From 1 January 2022, the Probation and Mediation Service k conducting tests authorized by Act No. 65/2017 Coll., on the protection of health against the effects of addictive substances. As a result of this activity, it is necessary to conclude a framework agreement to ensure repeated deliveries of tests for the presence of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the body - from saliva and from urine and ensuring delivery of tests to individual Probation and Mediation Services centers, including training of employees in the use of these tests.
