• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the delivery of two new, unused tractors to the factory carriers, including new combined mowing superstructures, intended for the needs of Administration and maintenance of the roads of the Pardubice Region (SÚS PK). The machines must be manufactured in 2025 or later and determined for year-round road maintenance. The delivery includes a combined mowing attachment, consisting of boom and under-rail mower. Tractors must be equipped with a diesel engine o power of at least 100 kW, 4×4 drive, continuous transmission, outlet shaft and hydraulic system for controlling additional devices. Forklift attachments must allow working on the right, reach at least 7 m, automatic folding on impact and smooth contact pressure setting. The color design of all components is required in shade orange RAL 2011. part 1 A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the appendices of this procurement documentation in Appendix No. 5 - Technical parameters for each part separately of this tender documentation and are considered minimal, i.e. that they must be fulfilled at least to the specified extent (ie they must be the subject of an offer meeting or better parameters). Failure to meet even one technical parameter will be considered as failure to meet the conditions set by the contracting authority.
