• The subject of the public contract is the supply of goods - transport strips for the operation of the contracting authority, according to the technical specification listed in section 4 of the tender documentation, the list of which is given in the document entitled “Specifications of Goods, Goods and Guarantee for the Quality of Goods for the relevant part of the public contract, which It is listed in section 5 of the tender documentation - forms for the processing of the offer. In accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the public contract is divided into 5 parts: Part 1 of the Public Procurement called DP1, Part 2 of the Public Procurement entitled DP2, Part 3 of the Public Procurement called DP3, Part 4 of the Public Procurement called DP4, Part 5 of the Public Procurement entitled DP5.
