- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of vaccines to perform extraordinary vaccination of individuals for 2024 - 2025 against measles, pursuant to Section 69 para. 1 (a). G) and § 80 para. 1 (a). I) of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On Public Health Protection, as amended and for special vaccination of individuals for 2024 - 2025 against measles, pursuant to Section 11a) of Decree No. 537/2006 Coll. Infectious diseases, as amended. Given the fact that the measles monovaccine is currently not available, the contracting authority requires the supply of combined measles, mumps and rubella.
